Mini Lifestyle Shoots
Do you wish you had more photographs of you or your family? Do you have lots of photos of the children but very rarely one of all of you? (I know I do!) Why not book an Autumn mini session and get some fresh, fun and informal photographs to share with family and friends.
How much does a mini session cost?
Mini sessions cost £150 and include:
A 30-minute photo session
A ‘What to Wear’ guide with hints and tips for the perfect photo shoot outfit.
At least 15 images to choose from in a secure online gallery.
Five images of your choice via digital download. Having the digital version of the images means that you can print copies for family and friends etc.

A full ‘on location’ photography session is normally £280, so these mini sessions offer considerable savings. You will be able to buy additional digital images, frames, canvases, albums and gift prints (please ask for a full price list), but there is no obligation to do so.
Please get in touch to reserve your slot ASAP as they do tend to go quickly! I will require a £50 booking fee which will be deducted from your mini session fee.
Who are mini sessions for?
Mini sessions are ideal for babies (although it’s best to wait until they can sit up unaided), toddlers, kids, families or couples who would like to have some photos together.
When are the mini sessions?
The mini sessions are normally held during selected weekend(s) throughout the year however if you are local to South Bucks can sometimes be booked on an ad-hoc basis.
Where are the mini sessions?
The sessions will take place in a location in South Bucks (details will be provided when booking) however I am also able to run a day in Maidenhead if there is sufficient interest.
How do I book?
Please email me or call me to check availability and let me know your preferred session time. If a slot is available I will send an invoice for £50 to book your session. This booking fee will be deducted form the session cost which is due at or before your session.
What makes this photo shoot ‘mini’
There are two differences between a full session and a mini session. The first is the length of time for the shoot. Mini sessions last 30 minutes as opposed to a full lifestyle shoot which lasts up to two hours. Secondly, due to the reduced time you will be presented with fewer images from your mini shoot – around 15, of which 5 images on disc are included in the package. If booking a full photo shoot you would be presented with around 35-45 images.
What if the weather is bad?
I will contact you the day of the shoot or just before if the forecast is particularly bad to see if you would still like to go ahead or reschedule for a (hopefully!) drier day.
What if I want to buy a session as a gift?
A voucher for a mini session would make a lovely gift. Please get in touch if you would like to book a session as a gift.
The small print – the boring but important stuff
Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A contract and model release form will need to be signed for every session.
